Greetings from Tustin, CA !! I hope all is well. I have been busy for the last 6-8 months arranging wedding plans for this October and I apologize for not keeping in better communication. However, I want to let you know that you mean a lot to me and I would like to invite you to our wedding in Holland. I am marrying a woman named Vera van Ewijk. We are thrilled to be together.

I know it is a little last minute, but the rates are really good right now. From Boston, on Iceland Air, it is $359/ Roundtrip to Amsterdam. And Southwest Air, has a rate of $188 / roundtrip to Boston from CA.

Anyhow, as you can gather, the wedding is in a small town in Holland(also known as the Netherlands). And it will be on October 25'th, 2002. Just two months away!!

The day starts off with an official wedding by the town hall on a Friday afternoon at 2 pm, then to be followed by the fun wedding at 4 pm. Then a nice big dinner and then an awesome reception at 8 pm.

What could be better than to take in a wedding and then maybe go for a little trip to Paris, Brussels, Antwerp(diamond capitol of the world), Germany(Holland's neighbor), or even Milano, Switzerland or whatever. The rates are great this time of year, and the weather is perfect for travelling. The crowds are minimal and the prices are good.

If you can make it let me know, and I will assist in making arrangements. If not, of course I will understand. If you decide to think about it then, plan on airfare, of about $650 from California to Amsterdam. In about two weeks the rates could drop further. It was $350/ roundtrip back in March 2002. And then about $40-50/ day for Room, Food and travel once there. If you go to Paris add another $70 / roundtrip for the train ride. Rome about another $250/ roundtrip train.

So for about $1,100.00 you can have a nice week long trip in Europe! Less if from the East Coast.
