Why Work With a Samller Company ?

We have acccess to the wholesale departments that are not available to retail customers.

We deal with 100's of programs and can fit clients into the perfect fit, not the "fit" of the       day  being promoted that week.

We deal with many different lenders, and can more easily qualify people especially if there        are  reasons that make the loan a little more trickier

We can waive fees without having to risk losing our jobs. Big companies have to get        authorization and that is difficult cause they might have to do it for 10,000 workers.

You are one of 20-50 loans not 200-500 of a loan consultant's work load. Or not one of      50,000 loans at a bigger lender.

We are with you from the intial call to the signing process and even go to the signing. We are involved from the Application, throught the Processing and Underwriting to the actual signing, and funding. So much less chance of a mistake in rate, loan amount or payments, etc.

We depend on referrals more. Bigger companies depend on advertising more. They have a more difficult time handling business because of advertising. In busy times, they are swamped and they are forced to hire new recruits.

We work on commissions and are only paid when the loan funds and you get your money. Many in big companies have salaries or very small commissions so little incentive to walk through the loan process with you. They have the 50/50 rule. They take the application and if 50% make it great. Don't worry about the other 50%. We make enough on volume and the remaining 50% who will sit through our processing.

We can give you much better approvals as we don't want to work on anything that isn't going to work. It takes up too much of our time. We need to eliminate bad loans quickly not wait till the final steps. And because we deal with so many companies we get much more educated than most on what it takes to make a loan work.

We can relock if rates go down while we are locked with another company. Some companies offer a float down though.
